Rodney and his partner showed up to my house and were very professional and very polite men. They had my rear window out,cleaned up, and installed in under an hour. New glass looks great on my challenger. Thanks again guys and I'll Def use these guys again if I need to in the near future. Price was more than 50% lower than satellite and others in my area.

Probably the biggest mistake using this company. I initially set up an appointment Safelite. I thought I would do a local company and support small businesses in my area, so I decided to cancel with Safelite and go with SOAG. I was getting 2 windshields replaced, one cash, one insurance. I got a quote right away and saw they "paid your deductible" on their website so it was a no-brainer. First off, they don't pay your deductible unless its cheap. But their website does NOT state this. I figured ok no biggie though. The day I was making the appointment, I was told I would get a call back with how much the manager was willing to work with me on the deductible. 4 days later I had to call them, as I heard nothing back. They answered as if we were inconveniencing them by calling. All the sudden, there was an issue with what windshield I could use, etc. They needed to contact the car manufacturer and the insurance company. 1 week later, I call them and get an attitude about how they have no info to give me. But I felt they should've kept me updated on the situation. I almost went elsewhere-and should've. But I waited it out (that is IF I ever get finished). Finally, I got the ball rolling with the insurance company and then they had to order the windshields. Get them put in at the 3 week mark and they look ok. I get a call from someone saying they need to come out to calibrate the vehicles. I was never told of this but ok. Set the date and the day comes and no one shows. No phone call or anything. I had to call the next day to find out what happened and was met with excuses and it apparently was no big deal. I was given an attitude about it, like it shouldn't even be an issue. ZERO apologies from anyone. The only reason someone finally called to reschedule is because I called to see what happened. Several rude employees and apparently they don't need the business because we were met with attitude at every turn. I am at the 30 day mark on a simple windshield replacement and still am not finished. I am mad at myself for deciding on this place. One positive was the installers were nice and friendly. Wish the rest of the experience was similar.
