Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage Introduce

For local users in Tucson, Arizona, when the need for auto parts arises, various options exist within the platform category of "Auto Repair Stations," which often includes businesses that not only offer repair services but also sell corresponding goods, such as auto parts. Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage, located at 3721 S Country Club Rd, Tucson, AZ 85713, USA, is one such establishment. Operating within the auto salvage sector, they likely provide a different approach to obtaining auto parts compared to traditional retail auto parts stores.

Given the nature of an auto and truck salvage operation, the environment at Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage would typically involve a yard containing a variety of used vehicles. These vehicles serve as a source for parts that are still in usable condition. Customers might find rows of cars and trucks, potentially in various states of disassembly. The facility would likely have a designated area for processing and storing the salvaged parts, and an office for customer interaction and transactions. The focus of such an environment is generally on functionality and accessibility of parts rather than a polished retail appearance.

The primary service offered by Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage is the sale of used auto and truck parts. This can be a cost-effective solution for individuals looking to repair their vehicles without purchasing brand-new components. The range of parts available would depend on the inventory of vehicles currently at the salvage yard. Customers might be able to find a wide array of parts, including:

  • Engine components
  • Transmission parts
  • Body panels (doors, hoods, trunks, etc.)
  • Interior components (seats, dashboards, etc.)
  • Electrical parts (lights, sensors, etc.)
  • Wheels and tires
  • And many other miscellaneous parts

In some cases, salvage yards may also offer services such as vehicle purchasing (for end-of-life vehicles) and potentially the removal or installation of parts, although this is not always the case and would need to be confirmed with Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage directly.

Based on the limited information available online, specifically the two customer reviews, it is challenging to objectively identify positive features of Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage. The provided reviews raise significant concerns regarding customer service. One review details an interaction where the staff member appeared to lack knowledge about a common vehicle feature and subsequently hung up on the customer, followed by ignored repeated calls. The second review describes a similarly negative experience where a staff member was described as rude, impatient, and ultimately hung up on a customer seeking to sell a broken-down vehicle.

These reviews highlight potential issues with the customer service approach at Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage. The experiences described suggest a lack of patience, potential knowledge gaps regarding vehicle specifics, and a disrespectful communication style. It is important to note that these are individual experiences and may not represent the entirety of customer interactions. However, they do provide a cautionary perspective for potential customers.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage in the provided data. Typically, auto salvage yards might not engage in traditional marketing promotions in the same way as retail stores. Their value proposition often lies in the availability of used parts at potentially lower prices. However, factors like the quality of parts, the ease of finding the required components, and the level of customer service play crucial roles in the overall customer experience.

In conclusion, Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage in Tucson operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" category by providing used auto and truck parts. While the potential benefit of such establishments is the availability of more affordable, recycled parts, the limited customer feedback available online raises concerns about the customer service experience. Potential local users considering Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage for their auto parts needs should be aware of these recent negative reviews. It may be prudent to approach them with clear expectations and perhaps inquire about their policies regarding part identification, returns, and customer interactions before making a purchase. Given the lack of positive feedback and the presence of concerning negative experiences, it is difficult to recommend them based solely on the information provided. Further investigation or alternative options might be worth considering for local users in need of auto parts in Tucson.

Sanford and Sons Auto & Truck Salvage Customer Reviews

The guy doesn't know what the back hatch of a Ford explorer is and says there's only 4 doors that open on the vehicle. After 5 mins of trying to explain to him it's the door that has the license plate hanging from it. He hung up on me and I've been calling repeatedly since and being ignored. I intend to keep calling continuously all day till I can get an answer but so far I'm really hating the disrespectful atmosphere.

My vehicle broke down on the side of the road. I called this company to assist me with selling it. The man was very rude and told me to hurry up because he had another call on the line. He was asking me questions about my vehicle that I didn’t know, and while I was trying to get the answers for him he told me I was taking too long and hung up on me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
