I used to bring all of my vehicles to Sam's for tires, for years. I will no longer be doing so. I had 3 tires fail in less than a year out of this last set. I was thinking , cool, I have road hazard, plenty of tread left, I should be in for ~$60 to get them all replaced. "We no longer carry this tire?" Really, everyone else does. "And not only that, we can only give you a refund if you buy new, more expensive tires from us, and we recommend getting all 4." Really? I agree with the all 4, but... "And not only that, we can't order them, so you'll have to do that, and pay for the installation of the newer, more expensive tires." So what you are telling me, is I have to basically buy a new set of tire and you'll apply the refund for the 3 bad ones to that? "Well no, we'll tell you that and then we'll change what we said and charge you the same price you paid a year ago, that sounds fair, right?" So I basically bought another set of brand new tires, but I got a deal because you made them cost the same as the last set I bought, that were already cheaper but you don't carry anymore? "Yes!" This is totally unacceptable. I was basically put in a spot where I was bullied by Sam's Club to purchase 4 new tires because they couldn't replace the 3 under their "road hazard" coverage. I will be contacting the corporate office, not renewing my Sam's Club membership, sending all of my friends and family "anywhere but Sam's Club." And shouting this review from the highest mountain all because the store wouldn't do what was fair and tried to stand behind corporate policy. Give me a break...

I bought 4 new tires and they guys were super friendly. When I left, my steering wheel would violently shake back and forth once I hot 45 mph. This didn't happen before the new tires so I went back and asked them to balance the tires again. Keep it mind they made changes to the tires weights everytime they balanced. Steering wheel still shook, and I mean to the point I felt sick. I took the car in to my mechanic to check everything out, suspension etc. Everything looked good. I took the car back to get the tires balanced 3x and it never fixed the issue. I took it back to my mechanic and by this time the tie rods got loose. Hmmm. I ended up replacing the front tie rods, control arms, ball joints, bushings, & alignment. Now it shook at 60 mph. Went back to sams said it has to be the tires at this point they replaced the tires for another set that cost $80 more. And the car still shook!!! Went to Discount Tire and paid them to balance the tires. The shaking stopped. Either their balancing machine is broke or the employees including the manager do not know how to balance tires. This turned out to be a $2600 endeavor and not to mention the time & stress. I will never get tires from Sam's club again, even if they were free.

We've been using Sam's for a while now for our tires and the membership fees have more than paid for themselves. Being able to get our tires repaired quickly, finding a location open on a Sunday while on vacation, and just in general replacing tires on a budget. Service has been top notch so far.

I wish I would have spent the money I did on the tires here somewhere else. And also, I know staffing is not their fault, but wow if you pick this place don’t plan on getting in or getting your stuff done at a decent time. They have like one worker that is super stressed out because she is overworked. Not sure I want someone like that working on my tires. Very nice though. Not her fault.
