Just another update; Chris is amazing! He got my terrible A/C Unit in 2 of my Jetta’s blowing SOOOO cold in the dead of summer! I had a special part that caused my ignition to not turn. I had to get it towed. My first mechanic couldn’t help and wouldn’t touch it. Everyone I called said go to the dealer... $1,000+ quote. Chris here got the job done within a week for under $500!!! I’m VERY HAPPY and pleased with his work. Car starts up with 0 problems. This was my first issue^ Since then, Chris has helped me with multiple problems on both of my Jettas. He’s the man!

He IS a little slow, BUT, he'll burn the midnight oil also if he needs to. Treat him with disdain and guess what... ya get what 'ya give. So; Quality of work: Five stars Cost of work: Five stars Delivery: 3 stars unless it is a true emergency Customer Service: Five stars - just talk to any of his regular customers who have trusted him with their cars for over 40 years at this location. If there IS a wait, it is WORTH IT!

The shop is the perfect place to go, when one has a vintage or classic VW. He is honest, a hard worker, and an expert on these vehicles. He takes his work personally for his customers, and will fix newer models as well. It will be a very sad day if he ever retires, let's hope he doesn't.

Terrible service! Price quoted at $425 need $200 upfront will be done in 4 days. 33 days later get car back. Temp tags expired that I got while in there because going to be 4 days. Can't get something off tells us now going to be $525, next day $550. Go to finally pick up car $580 again after 33 days, he seriously says couldn't drive it because the temp tags expired a few days ago.... No apology, nothing. Awful service! Impossible to get a hold of, never once called us, we were constantly calling him and asking when going to be done.
