Zero rating. I had the most unprofessional experience in my life. I was totally shaken by Steve’s yelling and hysteria over an issue. For fear of a lawsuit over a simple tire issue he refused to let me drive my car off the premesis and insisted on towing a perfectly drivable safe car to my home. All I wanted was to get my car out of his care. He was loud, rude and sounded paranoid. He hung up on me twice as I simply tried to ask if he took credit or cash. He ended the conversation in loud irate tones stating he takes cash only for towing and said he didn’t care if I paid or not. Good thing. I had no desire to pay $200 for rude and unprofessional service. Very sad. I was totally shaken over the whole ordeal.

Honest. I told them my battery was weak and I had to jump it several times over the weekend. I also told them my job was a different county and I could not leave it or I would have no way home. They told the truth and said they were busy and couldn't do it that day but could finish in my time frame the next day and as long as I had it in the 1st hour they opened the next morning it would be done. They were true to their word and did not even charge me for a full hour of labor(some places charge you an hour for anything under hour 1) Would definitely go back when my car dealer is too backed up.

Took my car here to get inspected On a Saturday I checked 10 places and couldn't find one opened but this one was. Martin inspected my car nice and fast he was very professional and a real nice guy. I really appreciated that. 10/10 for service.

We have some concerns about how the manager/owner, Steve( ?) runs the service business by seeing how he treated even those who are considered royal costumers. He was very unprofessional. If we could rate 0, we would. It was a nightmare attempting to communicate with him with needed service not gotten at all and it was very urgent. We will absolutely avoid their service from now on and will not recommend them to anyone.

I have been very happy with S&J's service. I use S&J mostly for my car's annual NY State inspection. You have to make an appointment in advance and drop the car off early in the morning, and they always get it done by the early afternoon. They also changed my headlight bulb once.
