RV SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Raymond came to my house to give an estimate on a repair within two hours of me calling on a Saturday. After having the repair done on the damaged area I was so impressed with the work I decided to have them remove my old faded decals and paint new custom striping. Raymond and his team helped design and pick a color scheme that really complimented my RV. WOW, I couldn't be more impressed! His pricing and quality of work can't be beat. I can't highly enough recommend the RV Paint Department. Thanks Raymond!

So far I have spent days and days waiting for Raymond to show up when we had an appointment. He is full of excuses. My RV was at his shop and he covered it but didn't secure it. There were supposed winds which not only blew the cover off but took with it my air conditioner shroud and a stack top. Broke the shroud. Brought my RV back with the wrong shroud. Office said they ordered the right one which I could buy at Camping World and Amazon in a day....two weeks later and I am still waiting for Raymond to bring it even though we had several appointments that he never showed up for. Just plain rude and inconsiderate. There paint work is great. Too bad their customer service and excuses ruins their reputation. Enough is enough of my wasted time.

They gave me a price and told me it would take 3 weeks. I made the mistake of giving them the money. After 5 month my motor home was vandalized along with other RV's. after paying more money and being treated like I was bothering them, I got my RV back with the paint more damaged than when it went in. Don't do business with them. If you dont believe me contact the PD and ask them about this place. Also he is now saying I had bad check but I paid him in cash per hi request.

Biggest Con artists around. Did over $3500.00 damage to my RV. Ripped off the awning and never replaced it, stole all my insignia on a vintage Avion Trailer and never returned them, never retuned the keys and the list goes on. Read the buried reviews on yelp. Raymond Lopez has a bench warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear in court after not paying a settlement for another victim of RV Paint. Do not trust this guy he is a con artist. Seriously look at all his good reviews they are all done by young women (friends) not exactly the demographic of people who own large rigs. Just another one of his scams.

He received more than $6,000 stole parts off my rig. Let it sit for 2 years, and Ramond is the one who accepted a price of $8,000 even though he was paid $11,000, and he got that by using my my motor home as hostage (t hat is how it felt)He is a liar and a con man! My motor motor home is in worst shape than when I brought it in. Ramond started something and decided he did not want to finish had to pay additional money to pay one of his ex employees to paint it one color for me on top of the money Raymond recieved from me.He has not PAID his employees. HE IS A CON MAN AND I HAVE THE PAPER WORK TO PROVE IT!!! Me and my wife are having problems trying to recuperate after the worst experience of our lives (R.V. Paint department on Sultana Raymond Lopez.) The other negative reviews are true, and the good reviews are most likely fake reviews posted from friends and family. Raymond response is a lie he really did bad things and stole from a lot of customers. I met Danny his rv has been there almost as long as mine had,bad checking problems that is another lie. DO not do business with Raymond Lopez. (WARNING!!!!)
