They ended up having a battery in stock so I bought it and Carl had it installed before I even knew it was done. Fast and efficient I’d recommend this Autozone to anyone.

Joseph was an extremely condescending and rude sale associate. I was asking about the return policy and he proceeded to condescending ask me "What would they do with the return?" And proceeded to explain why my question was stupid and continuing with "How would I be able to sell anything? If someone bought a $500 starter and it didn't work, we can't just let them return it. Especially after it's been opened." Please retrain your staff in how to communicate to customers appropriately regardless of how stupid they might think the question is.

The other day I was at the Midus shop waiting on my car to be serviced. I got lucky because it was customer appreciation day and AutoZone had setup out the door. Diana and her coworker were Awesome.They were very friendly and helpful.

I am so thankful for this location specifically. I called three Autozone's and they all told me their policy of not being able to install a battery after 7pm because there's less staff. However, I was in immediate need since my battery died and a stranger jumped my car so the switch had to be immediate. They gladly helped me get a new battery and the older gentleman installed it. Amazing customer service

I came in this morning 7/26 around 10:30 to ask for a reader because my car wasn’t starting as it usually does. I came back with the reader to see the results and I see “PASS-PASS-PASS-FAIL” on his screen. The manager helping me said there’s nothing wrong and I said what about the “FAIL” and he asked me if there’s any check engine light on or anything and I said “no.” He then states “there’s nothing then” and I asked if can we check the battery just in case for peace of mind. He reluctantly grabs the battery reader and sure enough, we need a new battery upon him checking it. We ask if he is able to switch it out as I don’t have the proper tools at the moment (something that is regularly offered at autozone) and he said he was unable to due to short staff and we can come back in 2 hours when he isn’t. At this time, there are two people working with 1 or at max 2 people coming in and out of the store. So I have to replace my battery with inadequate tools that I luckily have. After 20 min of trying to get the bolt off with the wrong size wrench I finally go inside to purchase the correct one where I see 3 employees proudly manning the cash registers of a completely empty store. I got the battery on and got it going but this is something that would’ve taken 2 min with proper tools and proper employees. The moral of the story is that manager in particular is lazy and should pursue something he is more passionate about like the Mexican food he got delivered to him when I came in to purchase tools. Maybe I’m just mad I can’t be lazy at my work, idk. God bless.
