Review for Joseph at Sensational RV I want to give a big thank you to Joseph from Sensational RV. I had a gas smell coming from my stove and was really concerned. Joseph came out, checked everything thoroughly inside and out, and made sure everything was safe—even though we never did figure out exactly what I was smelling. While he was there, I also mentioned that my water heater was making a strange noise and I wasn’t getting any hot water. Joseph went above and beyond—he found the problem, went out to get the part it needed, and got it working again. The best part? He didn’t charge me for the repair, even though I was a bit short on cash at the time. That kind of generosity is rare. He was respectful, prompt, and truly kind. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend him.
