Don't trust them. They aren't truthful. Sent us home without fixing it correctly. Then charged us again to fix their mistakes and part they should have ordered in the first place. Plus they installed without a bolt. They just left it incomplete... My car was misfiring and it lurched forward twice while braking, my foot was on the brake pedal to the floor and it still lurched forward twice almost into incoming traffic. They put us in danger. For their incompetence. They also didn't disclose all information on what they were doing they just gave us an itemized bill that cost triple and put our car in the back lot for asking why should we be charged again for 60... I'm assuming. $680 first bill. $192 second bill. ($60 on the phone) And he talked about costs waived for the second bill. 🙂

spent almost $2000 with this guy and got nothing done except a basic alternator and not even sure if that was done correctly since my lights have been flashing inside the car ever since I got it done zero out of 10 recommend go anywhere but here in Battle Creek

Driving home from Michigan to Ohio my transmission went out. I pulled into Monroe, & they couldn't help me but recommended Rusty's Auto Service on Helmer Road in Springfield. When I got to Rusty's they immediately test drove it & determined that the transmission had gone out. I'm a senior citizen & had my daughter & granddaughter with me...3 women stranded about 300 miles from home with no car. Rusty was nice enough to offer us his loaner car to get home & saved us the hassle & expense of getting a rental car. He even had his guys go over the loaner to make sure we didn't have any car problems even replacing 2 tires. Rusty had my transmission replaced in less than a week, charged me a reasonable price & saved me rental car costs for one week. Rusty has kept our Toyota’s & Lexus running in great shape past 300,000 miles & lets us know when the opportunity/cost is time to junk the car. He also works on our Lincoln Navigator. Honest & finds low cost options, usually half the cost of a dealer. We’ve used Rusty for our car maintenance & repair for over 20 years. I highly recommend his shop!
