NEVER EVER AGAIN. Said they couldn’t get parts for a 2008. I looked up the part and AutoZone, Advanced and O’Reilly had them in stock! He said “oh they are crap parts”. Really???? Duralast is crap parts???

I just had my vehicle serviced and I am completely satisfied. The pricing is very fair. The owner takes great pride in his work. He was like a friendly neighbor. If I ever have any car trouble, I will take it to Russell's.

Took a vehicle here for an ABS problem. Was a tow in.After them having it for a long time considering I had an appointment I get a call asking me to authorize a repair.I asked what needed replaced and an exact price.His reply was “I’d have to dig into it more” and said “it’s gonna be expensive”.Now of course I wasn’t going to authorize a repair without knowing a price or the problem and when i told him that he became belligerent and said “well just come and get it then” and hung up on me. When I went to pick it up he wanted $79.95 which I paid but he refused to give me a receipt for.Had it towed to another shop.

As far as I know the work was good quality, but the customer service was awful. They took five days to get to my car when they said it would be the next day. Every time I called I was told it would be later that day. Eventually I called and was told they were waiting on parts. I still had no idea what was wrong, was never given an estimate, and was treated rudely for asking these questions. I'm glad it was fixed, but I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who isn't willing to be completely removed from the entire experience until the bill comes due.

My son's alternator failed enroute home to Indianapolis over the weekend. On Monday we called Russell's around noon, and he said he could have it replaced same day, which he did... and for a reasonable price. I would recommend Russell's. Got us back on the road quickly and fairly.
