They just called to let me know they were able to get them loose after all: that saved me $1200! Thanks Royson's!

I've had my vehicle worked on 2 different times in about 3 months. Kendra was/is amazing. She wasn't sure when they could get to it but I dropped it off Thursday night. They had it ready to go Friday afternoon. The second time it was an issue I couldn't describe. My second job is driving alot and she helped me describe the issue. They worked on my car and found the issue right away! I went to pay and it was less than quoted because this place had compassionate and dedicated people working for their community. I will never forget their service and compassion. Kendra is an absolute asset. Their mechanic is also phenomenal. They have never tried to upsell me and in fact pieced it out so I could afford the repairs on my budget. Thank you Royson's you put other places to shame!!! I am adding to this review because Kendra is not there anymore..At the Hyundai dealership the service person diagnosed cylinder 3 misfire. Speaking to Amber she specifically looked in the computer amd said that there price would be approximately $300 for replacement of all spark plugs and the 1 ignition coil. Grant it the dealership was going to charge me $500 for 1 spark plug and the 1 coil. Amber said to bring it on in and they would take care of it. I'm thinking $300 is what Amber estimated. I added an oil change because I didn't know when it was done last. That's $41 up from $34. Ok..so my bill is $530 !!! After speaking to Amber today I questioned why they would charge me a diagnostic fee when they already knew what the problem was! Plus the estimate changed from $295 to $404..doesn't make sense at all to me! If Kendra was there she would have waived the diagnostic fee in a heartbeat because I work 3 jobs just to keep my head above water to provide for my family as a single mother of 2. I feel taken advantage of amd quite frankly will probably not have my service done there anymore. I'm not sure I can trust them anymore. Breaks my heart because John is amazing.

I recently wanted to get my 1969 Camaro SS front end aligned and chose to make the appointment with Royson’s. As one can imagine I am ver particular with this car that I’ve owned for 23 years. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their work and in particular the care that they showed my car. Several of the guys including the owner are also performance and classic car owners so it made me feel much better knowing “Penelope” was in good hands. Two thumbs up and five stars!
