Ordered parts over the phone and they’re never there when they say they will be. Call ahead if your stuff is supposed to come in because they won’t call you if your parts don’t show. Normally a diehard customer but the service from this one has made me question that.

I am new to living in Chapin and lost a wiper blade during a rainy day. I just happened to see the sign and pulled into the parking lot quickly to see if they even had what I needed. The staff was amazing and had me on my way in less than five minutes they were, fun to chat with and I am really loving living in this small town.
