I had such a good experience at Rotunda’s. They were so nice and understanding. They had my car back weeks before the projected date. Being in an accident was extremely stressful but I’m so grateful for the folks at Rotundas for making it easy. Also, my car looks brand new! Would recommend to anyone and would go back without a second thought if I ever have to!

Rotundas collision goes above and beyond for customers. We had a minor scrape that dented our fender slightly. What should’ve been a simple fix became an insurance nightmare we hadn’t foreseen. Keith at Rotunda’s worked with us through the process of getting the right part installed, but beyond that he navigated the absolute nightmare of our garbage auto insurance to actually pay for the damages. It really says something when a collision company works harder to help a customer than my own insurance company. Despite the absolute ineptitude of USAA auto insurance, Keith explained the whole process with us. Super patient, super great to work with, Keith and Rotundas made a pretty confounding policy situation as productive and easy as it could possibly have been. Thank you, Keith, and thank you Rotunda’s collision!

These folks do quality work, as noted in the before and after pics of my vehicle posted along with this review. They were excellent working with my insurance company for additional costs, and thorough. I can't tell it was ever damaged. Why 3 stars you ask? Their staff when dealing with them in person were less than friendly. Whenever I showed up to check on the status of my vehicle it seemed like they were annoyed with me for having to go and check on it. Today, when I arrived to pick it up my transaction declined because it was over my daily spending limit for my debit card so I needed to call my credit union and sit in their lobby for a bit while my credit union made adjustments to my spending limit to authorize the charge. Again, staff seemed annoyed by my presence and my trying to make small conversation to pass the time. So, 5 stars for their technicians, 1 star for thier counter staff equals 6, divided by 2 is 3.

After my car was hit, I was absolutely terrified of the process of getting it repaired. The team at Rotunda's took such excellent care of me and my car that I feel silly for ever being worried! Not only did Rotunda's work with my insurance, making the entire process simple and straightforward, they also worked with the rental car company so that I could just leave my rental there when the repairs on my car were done. They did so much to streamline the process and I really appreciated every single step. The staff were exceptionally friendly, communicative, and hardworking. They made sure to explain every step of the repair process and give me live updates so I could plan around it. I'd recommend Rotunda's to anyone!
