Unfortunately we've had to take our two vehicles there on several occasions. . These guys have done a great job...we've gotten our vehicles back just as soon as they can do it. Just like new.

I just wanted to express how easy they made the entire transaction. I was able to drop off my rental with them as well. My Silverado came out looking brand new when they were done. When I called back for proof of work 2 years later, they were able to send me the repairs made to my vehicle so that I could dispute a CARFAX discrepancy. Thank You for your good work and being on top of the little things, like paperwork.

Rosedale Collision Center is one of the worse places to get your car repaired. My tire popped on my 2021 Jaguar XF, and it caused me to hit the curve. No, dent, no scratches to the car itself, just front passenger rim damage and the front-end on the passenger side slipped. Prior to excepting the insurance claim to complete the repairs Daren Lyles was informed that my car was a 2021 Jaguar. Daren Lyles took it amongst himself to remove parts off my car with the intention to fix it without notifying myself or my insurance company that he was not Jaguar Certified nor was anyone else that did auto body repairs at their company. Due to Daren Lyles not being Jaguar Certified he found it difficult to buy the necessary parts needed to repair my car and incapable of being able to complete the repairs. At that time is when Daren Lyles began searching for other Jaguar Certified Auto Body shops with an attempt to have them complete the repairs, he was legally unable to do. Due to Daren Lyles not finding any Jaguar Certified Auto Body shop that would accept the responsibility to complete the repairs after he had already taken my car apart Daren Lyles reported to my insurance company that my car should be considered a total loss and totaled my car out. Each time I tried to contact Daren in an attempt to get answers regarding my car he was rude and unprofessional. Never wanting to thoroughly explain the issue and not taking fault for him not disclosing pertinent information. Rosedale Collision Center even had the audacity to require me to pay the $1000.00 insurance deductible even though the rears were incomplete. Due to Daren’s huge neglect, it has caused me thousands of dollars to find another car. Having to make a down payment and lose the amount that I had already paid into my car was a big setback. When I went to remove my belonging from my car, Daren was mean even asking why I wanted certain belongings, rushing me on as if I was an inconvenience to him, even explaining that he did not want me to sign for the release of my car to the insurance company, and that a verbal agreement would suffice. When I insisted otherwise, he stormed out of the auto body shop to his office and had me wait until he decided to re-address me. Please everyone prior to taking your car to Daren Lyles or Rosedale Collision Center research the company it’s not worth the hassle.

Someone rear-ended me on the I-5 and sent my car into another car, so I had structural damage in both the front and the back, with my rear bumper hanging on by a thread. My car was still drivable, so I drove it back to Bakersfield and my insurance sent me to this place. I had never been in an accident before (or since), and I figured it would take a couple weeks to get my car back. Nope - it took over a month. So, I went to pick up my car and thought my car sounded a little funny when I started it in their parking lot, but didn't think anything of it at the time. The next day, I went to start my car and it was dead. I had replaced the battery not long before the accident, had no problems, waited over a month without my car, and now it's dead. When I brought this to their attention, they said it wasn't their problem. I have good insurance and you best believe they went after them. It took ANOTHER 3 weeks to sort that out, so about 7 weeks total without my car. I had to bring my car back in for them to replace the battery and never went back after that. The only good thing I can say is the paint job was great. That's it.
