WOMEN LISTEN UP! If you want to somewhere where you will be treated with respect, listened to and receive excellent customer service go see Lee at Smith and Son! I had a year and a half long issue that my regular mechanic never figured out. When I reached out to Lee, he walked me thorough the whole process, gave me options and really made me feel like he wasn't going to quit until we figure this out. My car now runs like a champ and I'm a life long customer of Smith and Son!

Excellent service! Last night (Thurs) after 5 pm my employee blew out a tire on his trailer while towing another vehicle and was stranded in Delano on a freeway off ramp. I had called multiple companies and was told "we can't bring you a tire" and they could "only tow entire vehicles" which was no help at all. One company however told me to call Smith & Sons and gave me the number. I called and spoke with Lee (in after hours dispatch) who was very polite, addressed our concerns, calmed our worries, and said he could get a tech out to help my employee right away. We had to submit a credit card payment in advance over the phone which was nerve racking because we were unfamiliar with this business, but that technician showed up within an hour like Lee said, and with the tire we needed. He got my employee back on the road safely so he could finish out his day. My employee stated the gentleman who showed up was very nice and helpful. The pricing was reasonable for a late call. As promised, I also received our receipt in an email as soon as the office was open the very next morning. This company is legitimate and has great service and if we ever need roadside emergency service we will definitely call them back and also refer them out to others. Thank you Smith & Sons from the Door-Mart Team!

Absolutely the best on price and work. Had a tire explode on my small travel trailer at 10 o'clock at night on freeway. Called Triple A to put on spare and got price gouged like crazy (950 bucks to switch exploded tire with spare - 20 minutes work. I paid $475 out of pocket AAA pd 500! Guy was 1/2 mile from where I was from his last call. Still fuming about it). Extremely nice and helpful on phone, had tires I needed in stock, got me in an out with no appointment in less than an hour. Cost less than half what I pd to have spare put on for 2 brand new tires and balanced. Customer for life.
