They charged me 1500 dollars to do an alignment tie rods and 4 tires and they completely messed my alignment up an would not do anything about it they made my car worse then what it was an did not care that they messed up I don’t recommend going there unless you want to be overcharged for everything

I’ve taken my daughter’s 2010 Kia Soul to Ronald’s garage 2 times, due to needing a lot of work and they were absolutely wonderful both times. Her car runs great and the prices were great! I highly recommend them!

After reading a recent review about the Honda it reminded me of our recent experience. Husband took it in after finding differential oil on the driveway. After this garage did a diagnostic he was told it was transmission lines and would cost roughly $2800 but if we paid cash only $2264. RED FLAG to pay cash and give more than 3.5% discount to cover CC fee. Paid the $177 diagnostic and took to another garage in town. After fixing the leak- differential only cost $600 plus we had the oil changed and a few minor repairs. Trucks been driving great with no leak for 2 months now. Not saying the owner is a scammer, but might want to look at your employees a little closer. They are getting paid way too well!

UPDATE: After talking with one of the owners, he deeply apologized and we reconciled. Thank you Woody for the apology and explanation/listening to my side. Long review of Ronald’s Garage: My Dodge Ram 250 had ONE small issue of incorrect fuel filter installation. The truck would start but would turn off after a couple minutes. Knowing it was a small issue, I called Ronald’s and informed them and they say to bring it to the shop and they’ll take a look at it. Every hour someone informs me it will be another hour before they can look at it. I sat there for over 3 hours before they said the mechanics were busy and they’ll give me a call once they’ve looked at it. Later that evening I get a call saying they found XYZ issues and the total cost would be $1250 and expected me to agree over the phone. I declined and requested to take my truck back. I go back the next day and wait for another 3 hours before they “drove” it out to the parking lot. I’ve been able to have it fixed by a much more honest and reliable mechanic for $100 for 1 hour for the only issue there was/what I asked for. . Never going back to Ronald’s ever again. If you value your money and your vehicles, don’t go to Ronald’s Garage
