I need new tires and I called & had them order me a new set, because they do not stock what my car takes. When they did not call to let me know that they had come in today as expected, I called to check. I was asked if they could put me on a "brief hold." While waiting, I tried going to the website to schedule a service time as suggested by their outgoing VM message, reasoning that if the tires did come in perhaps it would allow me to set it up. Instead, the website scheduling app would not let me schedule an appt & said I needed to call. After 15 min on hold, assuming they forgot about me, I called back. I was asked again to hold I said I guess so but that I just wanted to know if the tires came in. 10min later I was put thru to VM. I left a message I was not pleased & I expect better. They are still open and an hour and a half has gone by & no call back. They just lost an $800 sale. I conduct my business professionally, I expect those who earn my business to operate w/ professionalism also. I called Discount Tire, they are in stock & they set up the appt over the phone. Very professional. Only took 2 minutes-rhey honored my time.

Had 4 new tires and alignment done on 5/20. Today both front tires are showing cords and Had alignment check at another shop I had -3.65° of camber in the front end. The technician that did the work NEVER set the camber correctly. Oh yeah drivers side was flat. Update 6/21 I was reimbursed for the alignment but corporate says they don't feel they are liable for the damage tires. I'm out 400 bucks on 2 brand new tires. Thanks for nothing. I guess it's OK to admit the alignment was never done right in the 1st place but to actually make it right by replacing my tires or hell even just 1 NOPE. I'll pull my bill and post the Techs name so you don't have shoddy work done here

Absolute worst, and do not bring your car here I had a wheel alignment done and they told me I need 2 front tires badly and that they are showing the insides. Tried to charge me a extra 270 for 2 front tires. I went to get 2 used tires from another place in the area and the technician told me my front tires look better than the used ones I was about to buy. MR TIRE WILL LIE TO YOU SO YOU CAN MAKE PURCHASES WITH THEM . YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled a 4-wheel alignment. • The car lift on the alignment machine is broke. So from the start only half of the alignment can be performed. • Two bolts on the rear, lower control arms couldn’t be loosened by the tech. The only tool he had available was a 12” wrench. No impact, breaker bar, etc. • After leaving the shop and pulling onto the road, I noticed my steering wheel was in the 10 o’clock position when traveling straight. I called the shop to notify them of this issue and the only thing said was that I could bring the car back next week. No apology or anything! • I had purchased this service from Groupon. I paid for everything upfront, including taxes. But after this “service” was performed, I was told I needed to pay taxes and fees before being handed the keys to my vehicle. There was nothing mentioned about this charge on Groupon, even under the Fine Print section. I should have been refunded since I didn’t receive the service I had paid for, much less pay anything more. Long story short, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!
