My husband went to get his car fixed here and we have been having problems with the car since we went in for a check engine light they said we needed new brakes mind you our brakes were not squeaking or anything charged him 1400 for that and never fixed the initial issue which was the check engine light. The light kept coming on and off and our tire sensors because they messed up one of our tire sensors as well. On top of that the receptionist said my husband never paid her when he brung her the money and he has receipts of the day he took the money out and went he has the exact time and date and told her to check the cameras we will NEVER go here again please beware a friend of ours said they messed up his car as well we should have never went here! Please don’t go here BEWARE!

My car cracked 75k miles and needed a general inspection + an inspection on belts/chains and fuel injectors which i was suspected was causing some sluggish acceleration. All the other shops in the area were either closed or slammed but Rob took me same day, and within hours had the car serviced. Car runs smoother now, service was outstanding and Rob is a knowledgeable, stand-up owner/mechanic. Honest mechanic makes all the difference, and with Robs Auto, that's what you'll get. 5 stars ⭐️

My car was having a starting issue before a holiday weekend, and my normal mechanic was unfortunately not around. I left my car for this business to take care of based on a recommendation... Unfortunately was heavily disappointed as I was told I needed a new alternator because it was overcharging my battery. I go to pick up the car, it was empty of gas to the point it wouldn't start,even though i left it with a full tank, a clip that holds the hood arm was broken... this all left me uneasy so I took it to my mechanic to have it checked. found out I didn't need the alternator, the battery issue was due to a short draining the battery, so that was 1200 I didn't need to spend. to make matters worse, the day after I get the car back the check engine light pops on and off, so I bring it to my mechanic again to find out that whoever installed the alternator didn't put the harnesses back together again correctly and broke a sensor for the car. Although i hope this was all an outlier My experience with this mechanic left a really bad impression that I would feel too remiss not to say something. I will also add a side note that the owner called me trying to explain away some of the matters but doesn't change my overall experience

How do they have 4.0 stars rating with all these 1 star reviews? The 1 star rating is absolutely deserved. but I'll give them 2 stars in case 1 stars isn't getting counted somehow. I got a simple flat in my rear tire. They quoted $15 to fix it. when I went to pay, she said $50, because they had to take the tire off. LOL wow. disgusting. any place in NYC would take your tire off and fix a flat for fixed $15. Obviously scamming their customers. Imagine trying to fix anything more serious in there if they are willing to scam you over a flat tire?
