Complete bait and switch shop - be aware and be careful. We had a tire delivered there for mounting, they posted one set price on Tire Rack's site ($30), then told us we had to pay $100 to have the "low tire pressure" light reset...it's clear on the pricing that it is included. They turned something simple and easy into a frustrating and head scratching moment. We won't go back. I'm sure they won't miss us, just be careful if you're looking for a local mechanic.

I’ve been looking to have a custom lift installed for 6 months now. I’ve been to 4 other shops and practically ran out out of there for a number of reasons “none were good and scared the hell out of me!” I decided to call Giacomo Service station and the owner picked up on the 2nd ring. A very friendly voice said hello “Angelo”..I explained to Angelo what I was looking to do with my Rav4. He said come up to the shop, let’s look at what you want done and he and I can decide if I want the work done and if he wanted to take the job, not many shops I know of have ever lifted a RAV4 in the metro area. I went the next day and immediately a pone meeting Angelo I felt super comfortable, no pressure, and super confident he was the one to do this job! He took his time with me, talking about the job, he looked at all the Manuals and took inventory of parts I had to make sure all was 100% He then took me to his shop and showed me around “NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT!” Very clean, very organized, all modern equipment and in orderly! I’ll shorten things up a bit, he not only installed my lift Professionally, he installed all my off road tires, did a precision high speed balance of precision drive force alignment and handed me back my car without a scratch, and a job done perfectly beyond what I actually expected! And the price was very reasonable for all the labor involved! Angelo, I can’t thank you enough, I’m a super stoked, super happy customer! Just got my 3 series back from Giacomo Service after having it towed 5 times between two mechanics and the BMW dealership. No one could figure out why it wasn't starting. After two weeks of worry and fighting with the dealership (which tried to sell me parts i didn't need), I was running out of ideas. Giacomo fixed my car in two days and got rid of all my engine warning lights on top of it. Very happy with the service and the price, highly recommend.

Great staff and great service. I find them to be very honest and trustworthy. They have never charged me work that wasnt done or tried to pressure me into work that wasnt necessary.
