There was confusion surrounding my service request (installation of a genuine Lexus accessory). I was quoted the price of 1 hr of labor and 1 hr or less of my time. I ended up waiting 1 hr before I was told it was more complicated than expected and it would cost 2.5 hrs of labor and another 2.5 hrs of my time bc they only just started looking at it. Service manager Raymond made it right. He very nicely honored the original quote, which luckily was documented by the worker who arranged my appointment. He even gave me a loaner so I didn't spend those extra hours sitting around. Despite the hiccup, I was very pleased with how they handled this, which is why I am giving 5 stars. I would give them my future business. They were all very nice and clearly treated the customer as they would like to be treated. Thanks, Raymond.
