RNR Tire Express

I visited RNR tire express today to purchase and have 4 new tires installed. I arrived at 9:00 am and spoke with the store manager Brent who is the same gentleman who quoted me the tire prices over the phone. He got the paperwork started before turning me over to Brandon to complete paperwork . Brent advised me his technician was off sick today and he said that he would be installing my tires himself! I was very impressed with the professionalism of both gentleman who assisted me with the tire replacement process. Brandon was very quick yet thorough in the explanation of the financial end of the deal and Brent was the same with the replacement of the tires and alignment! I was in and out in less than an hour and I extremely happy with the price and quality of the tires and workmanship! I would and have already recommended RNR to friends and family ! Keep Up the great work guys! That’s how you run a business and retain customers!

I deliver packages Walmart and Amazon. I am forced to navigate the some of the worst roads the Columbus area has to offer. The road hazard warranty is one reason I chose them. A couple weeks after getting them, I took my car in with a flat. they said they didn’t have any of those in on hand so put a used one on temporarily. A few weeks later I hit and bent my rim breaking the bead. I took my car back in, they bent the rim back, put the tire back on and put the new tilre they ordered on to replace the used one. A little ove a month later i walked out of a store in Columbus heading to Amazon to pick up my packages. When i got to my car i had a flat. So I called the store and asked them if they forgot to put my spare back in the trunk. I was told they did forget but they said they called me and I told him I would come get it later.(I do not recall that conversation.) The next day I took my car in to get my spare back and get my flat tire fixed. They said there were bolts it I told him I also had a leak in another tire that took it offhad some bolts in it as well. They put USED tires on instead of new. A week or so later went by and I reluctantly had to take 270 on my way to another Amazon block. My car started shaking like crazy around 65 mph. I got off the exit and took it to Tires Choice and asked them to see if the lug nuts were loose. They looked at the tire and said they were never balanced before taking the tires off (see pics). I drive a few hundred miles a day driving on unbalanced tires took a tole. I thought it was crappy roads in town when it was the tires the whole time. I took the tires off the vehicle took them back into the store the next day and the rep said he had to get it approved by the manager before he can replace them. Almost 24 hours later I still didnt hear from the rep. I called him. They said they’re not gonna put any tires on it. The manager said they can’t keep replacing my tires. They replaced 2 tires with new 2 tires with used. No spare and tires not balanced costs me 2 Amazon blocks $124/ea cancel w/o 45 min notice (hurts standings). Wear and tear on my wrangler due to no contact from rep and extra gas $ due to less mpg then camry $56. Total out of pocket costs Not including payments. $274 This is a total loss. They also want tires!! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!

I am so Appreciative to RNR Tires. The Young Men in the Shop. All! Of them really went Above and Beyond for Me and Were so Very Sweet. Never has a Tire Shop, been so caring. I have been Stranded, One of the Homeless people I helped, Stoled my Jacks, I need Surgery on my wrists and I was unable to take the Tires Off and No Way to get my here. I am Amazed & Grateful, I live 5 minutes away and they sent the Sweetest Man to my home, he took my tires off, brought me to the Shop, took me back home, put the Tires on and I'm getting a very needed Alignment. They really went and beyond for me . I have truly been Stressed and had Noone to help me. I can't say Enough how Grateful I am! You worked with me and Gave Me the help I needed. Very polite and understanding. Ordered my tires on a Friday and had me set for an appointment on Monday at a time that worked for me. Was done in one hour. Paperwork was simple. If you need affordable tires at an affordable rate. I highly recommend RNR !

I've never been to a business that was so kind considerate professional made you feel at home easy to do I would recommend this place to everyone!!! Before I bought the tires I went to all different shops to compare prices and other places the tires might have been cheaper but they didn't have the guarantee and all the extras that go along with it it's well worth the price it was a reasonable.. I guess the best way to explain is they treated me like family!! Thank you Brent and sons!!!!

I have purchased 2 set of tires from these guys. 1st was for my sister. I paid cash for them and I was in and out in 45. The 2nd set was for my personal. Again, fast and professional service. Great price and warranties. Would recommend them above everyone else in town!

Super happy with the customer service that was provided by Brandon. There was a question of wheel clearance on the front. He showed me how much I had and went above and beyond removing the mud flaps to make it work. This is my second time doing business with this young man and both times have been stellar!! I highly recommend him as well as the rest of the team.
