We were driving into Hocking Hills for the weekend when a tree fell on us, while driving. Being 4 hours away from home we weren't sure where to go but knew we needed a new front windshield quickly. I called Dustin at 3 PM Friday and he got us in at 9 AM Saturday. He was helpful, professional and finished the job on time and under quote. We appreciate his responsiveness and would recommend you use him as well.

They fixed a falling door window & didn't charge me so when the windshield on our car was cracked we took it here. Easy to work with had it ready when they said it would be. The windshield had to be calibrated because of sensors and cameras and they were able to take care of everything including the insurance paperwork!

I took my vehicle to have the windows tinted. I was told all imperfections would disappear over time. After waiting three weeks, there are multiple hairs, bubbles, and other imperfections in the window tint. I was told that if I have any problems, to bring it back. I brought my vehicle back (after paying them over $300) to point out these problems and was told I would have to re-pay even more money for them to fix their mistakes. I should also note that they left my car and windows very dirty. I would not recommend having your windows tinted here. Save your money and go somewhere more professional.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE QUALITY!! I couldn’t count on 4 hands the number of tiny bubbles left after they put tint on my car windows. Called three times for a refund and nobody would get back with me. I not only had to pay for new tint, I had to pay to have their crappy tint job removed. People, save yourself the grief AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF GLASS OR TINT WORK!!

Brian is very knowledgeable l called around to diffrent places here in parkersburg wv to get my windows working no one new how not even the nissan dealers .so I took the drive to lancaster ohio .which Brian and his employee helped me out and I was on my way back with in a half hour thank u b&b auto glass. For helping me out of a jam .

These guys were so sweet & helpful. Felt right at home in their shop. Went over the top by filling a rock crack I had totally forgotten about so it didn't split anymore. Best prices around! Couldn't recommend them more.
