Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Center

These people who work there are the worst. I bought my Jeep vehicle. I haven't had the vehicle for even 4 months and something in the transmission was damaged. My vehicle had 30,000 miles and was not covered by the warranty. I had to pay almost $2,000. It's an abuse. I do not recommend that place at all.

I recently visited Riverdale Chrysler and was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. I initially went in for an oil change, but during my visit, the staff tried to convince me that my brake fluid was black and needed to be replaced. This was particularly concerning because I was not having any brake work done, and I questioned how the brake fluid could be in such a condition without affecting the performance of the brakes. Nonetheless, I agreed to the service, which amounted to $350, financed through a Sunbit loan. However, I have serious doubts about whether they actually replaced the brake fluid. This experience mirrored a previous visit when I brought my Durango in, and they suggested the same brake fluid issue—yet the vehicle was fine. I also felt that the staff, particularly the woman who assisted me, was dismissive, which only added to my discomfort. Additionally, there were multiple errors in my personal information when I registered my Chrysler with them. I have since scheduled an appointment with Eastchester Chrysler, as I do not trust Riverdale Chrysler to resolve any issues. Based on my experience, I believe they are more focused on collecting unnecessary diagnostic fees—$250 in my case—rather than providing genuine service. I would not recommend this service center to anyone. The service itself was subpar: they allegedly changed my oil but placed a poorly written, unprofessional sticker on my windshield indicating the next oil change should be at 57,864 miles, while my car's system now reads 55,293 miles for the next change. Furthermore, when I checked the oil after the service, I found they had shorted me by a quart. Considering they charged $160 for the oil change, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise against using Riverdale Chrysler.

Horrible job. I went it for one issues they say they identified as the problem. They order the part 3500 dollars later It resulted not the be the problem. Now they won't help me in anyway don't recommend this branch of CJDR any other place is more honest then this place.

I had a great experience my 1st time there. They fit me in the same day and took care my issues. Location is very close to my home so can't complain on that. So far so good. We will see on the next visits.

The only thing I can say is that the people there are nice and polite. But in regards to effective customer service it's horrible. My vehicle went in for some warranty work, upon it being "completed" my truck was driven to me and it was still messed up. They don't communicate effectively, you have to continually call to get updates on parts arrival, work completion and to even get your vehicle back. They have had my vehicle the entire summer and never a loaner available. This mess has sent me back over 4k all while paying for warranty. I truly will never go here again.

BE AWARE THIS BUSINESS GIVES YOUR NUMBER OUT!!! My fiance took his car here to be serviced and for the next week he go calls asking him to sell his car even tho he wasn't interested. He tried to tell them nicely and they ignored him and continued to call. When I called them back and told them to lose our number they called from a different number to harass us. BE WARY GOING TO THIS BUSINESS.

The nice male service representative over there was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very friendly, but he was very intelligent. He was able to provide us with all the information that we we're seeking.
