Braindead... Saturday I called - u do inspections all day long- yes. Sunday I went at 5pm - oh no papi come tomorrow 10 to 6, my crew is gone for the day. Monday I go at 4pm after work - oh we only do 15 inspections a day we can't do more, it's state law... Not a word of any of that the day before. Could have sent my brother with the car early in the morning or something. What an embarrassment of a business...

I tried this place once for a flat tire and was overcharged because they did something to the tire that they did not ask me in advance to see if I would say or no. Said I wouldn’t go back again. Today I needed an inspection and I figured to give the place another try. Went as I expected. Was told there were two cars ahead of me which I did not think it was a big deal since inspections are usually 10 min. After being there for almost an hour and being told again that there was still two cars ahead of me I left. Everyone there’s is just chatting and there’s no organization. I came to another place nearby and was done in 10 min. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Came here for an inspection. The guy says I will fail because I have tints. The guy before me had an Audi (sedan) with darker tints than me(rav 4 suv)and he passed the Audi(guy showed me the inspection report). I see an old review that they tried to charge more for the inspection is you have tints. I actually needed to fail so I can receive the exemption and not get ticketed but he continued to refuse because I didn’t have a check engine light. If I was Hispanic, they would have serviced me 100%. look at the last names of the 5star reviews. I’m not lying.

There is no NYSI Center, it just a bunch of individual Auto Body Shops located on Stilwell Avenue, Bronx NY. Google should change the information settings on this website.
