I really appreciated that they were flexible with my budget and were willing to use parts I had previously bought when I thought I could do the repair on my own. They were also very quick to respond to messages and were very friendly both in person and over the phone. I used their online quoting system and highly recommend it. However the only thing I did not like was that the expected date of finish for my repair kept getting pushed back due to a headlight that they didn't know needed to be replaced until a couple of days in, I only wished that they had examined that sooner especially because I had brought it up during the quoting process. However I am thrilled with the work they did!

I have a 2023 Chevy 5500. Two weeks after put this truck into use the drivers side view mirror was clipped by a hit-and-run. As frustrating as that is what was more frustrating was the poor service received from two local dealerships. One never returned my phone call the other told me the mirrors were not available at this time and my only option was to continue to call them back until they were available. Appreciate the extra effort the team over Rick’s in not only finding the replacement parts, but installing them in the timely fashion. Well done and keep up the good work.

Hands-down the very best place to take your car in this entire area! Mindy is amazing, she’s very knowledgeable, and is passionate that your experience at Ricks is the very best. I have a brand new ZL1 Camaro that still has the paper plate in the window. It was vandalized and had the rear window knocked out damaging the paint. My car looks like it’s never been touched. I’ve been completely all over this car as I am OCD about a vehicle I’ve spent 91K on. And they have done an amazing job. I will tell everyone!

Best service in town - as good as new everytime! Kasey is the Michelangelo of repair. Update 4/16/25 Real love hate relationship here. Love the work they do hate myself for constantly needing scratches fixed. Perfect again though.

As I’m on my way home I hear scraping and pull over to see my wheel well cover loose and getting torn apart. Pictures of damages caused from not properly securing parts.
