2002 ford e150 changed the starter and now it makes a clicking noise when you turn the key over can you help

I pulled into Mishawaka with my front brakes squeaking. Reached out to On Call and talked with Steve. He told me to bring my truck in and they would work me in. Well if working me in is 15 minutes after I arrived is their standard then i would use them again anytime. They replaced pads and rotors and got me back on the road in just over an hour. Fair price for labor and parts. Bob took the time to chat with me about how he runs his company and he is a decent, professional shop owner. Steve at the front was very helpful. I would recommend the shop and the pros working here to anyone needing service.

The owner and the techs are great for the most part. But you gotta watch out for Bob Paul. He is about a snake in the grass if I’ve ever seen one and unprofessional as they come. He doesn’t inspect a technicians work before it goes out the door. I’ve seen him smoking in the building near open flammable liquids several times, effecting not only his safety, but those around him. Lazy and boorish is this dictator, he will run his technicians 24/7 with no break in between. Take my word for it, go somewhere else for your truck repair if you want to feel safe driving your diesel.

Bob and the guys are great! Looking to buy my first truck, I’ve taken every one of ‘em to Bob to look over for me. Even though they are short staffed, he still made time to help me out.

I love this place, just crawled my truck in there with a blown brake chamber and they got to me as soon as they could (which was incredibly fast considering I called them when I was 10 minutes away) and did a excellent job! I have been here many times and they have always been great to me, just very good people there!
