Just wow! For warranty, I just filled out a warranty form from their website than submitted by email with pictures requested. An hour later, I received the approval they'll send back a tire right to my door within a week.

I would look elsewhere for tires, I had a blowout with one of there tires on my RV that only had about 1800 miles and they would not honor the warranty because I was 2nd owner. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Finding a small crack in an 8 year old rim on my 5th wheel, Hispec gave me a refund/or replacement promptly after my claim. What a great company and personal response by real people. By the way I rarely write a review but these folks really stand behind their products and need to be congratulated!

MY WHEELS AND TIRES WERE MADE IN CHINA. I give 1 star because 0 is not a choice. HiSpec wheels and tires came standard on my new 2021 Keystone Alpine 3700FL 5th wheel RV and I had one blow up during the 1st year of use, less than 6,000 miles on the tire. It caused $7,200 of damage on the RV and one of the other tires was close to expired. All tires were properly inflated to 110 lbs, I check tire PSI before/during/after all trips, these were nitrogen filled so the PSI really didn't change much. I replace all 4 tires with real ST (Special Trailer) Hankook tires which were visually and physically more robust and heavier. If you own a RV with these HiSpec tires, take them off NOW and replace them OR YOU WILL END UP LIKE ME. There are many HiSpec/China Bomb stories on the Keystone forums, easy to collaborate what I am saying. Terrytown RV in Grand Rapids was the RV dealer, they offered no support, no wheel or tire replacements, hard to believe.
