⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service with a Great Sense of Humor! I can’t say enough good things about Charles! He came to tow my semi-truck and handled everything with top-notch professionalism and care. But what really stood out was his amazing personality. Not only did he make sure I was safe throughout the process, but he also kept me laughing the whole time with his great sense of humor. After getting my truck taken care of, Charles even gave me a ride to my hotel. His kindness, skill, and ability to lighten the mood during a stressful situation were truly appreciated. Got stuck on a curb on a foggy night. Couldn’t back my truck up do to potential damage. They came out and pulled me out. No damage at all! I’m truly thankful to Charles and the team over there! Words can’t express! Operator (Charles) was very friendly and professional. He took his time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with my truck being safe during the tow. I’d recommend these guys to anyone small or big wreck! Thanks Again!

I can’t thank Restoration Towing enough! I just had an emergency and needed a tow on a Sunday afternoon. When I called in Char was very helpful, clear and concise on timing expectations and price (which was extremely reasonable). She even offered to refer if the wait was too long. Caleb arrived right on time/early and was EXCELLENT! Superb driver. I was extremely impressed that he was able to back my car down a pretty steep, thin driveway in the evening. He was also very friendly and we had great conversation during the drive. Thanks Caleb, Char and Restoration for making my emergency a bit more bearable. A++++

Very professional and overall experience with them was very good. My wrecker operator's name was "Stick". He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He did rush me to transfer all my belongings to the rental truck he brought me. In fact he had to go to two different places and then wait for them clean the third truck he brought me. He told he was not going to bring me a piece of dirty junk. I truly appreciated that. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to my friends.
