This place has been around for the longest of any auto parts store in Boiling Springs! This was the only place to come when I was a kid. Solid option for an auto parts store if you are in need of something! I don’t hesitate to come here if there is something I need!!! Give them a try! They typically have competitive pricing!

Chris goes above and beyond on customer service. I live in Gaffney South Carolina about 45 minutes away and I pass two advance Auto parts and of course other stores before I get to boiling springs. Most people give up on helping me find my part but for Chris I think he likes the challenge. So far he's completed it ever time. I'm back on the road because of him and will give as much of my business as I can to his store. He should be management, his definitely got the potential

Adam, was not helpful at all. This was my worst shopping experience in years.I purchased two windshield wiper with her and she installed a wrong size. Ofc, the wiper blade overlapped and didint worked and i went inside the store and she said she dont know why its overlapping cannot help it. I asked can you replace with the right size. She said she can not because i didnt have a recepit. It was like 2 minutes i purchased with her and ofcourse i didnot have a receipt because she didnt gave me a paper receipt. But i had it on my email. I had to insist several times. The other dude helped replacing it. I havent seen this poor customer service in advance auto parts till now. No greetings, no thankyou nothing? I believe i might be treated unfairly because i am …..(dont want to go in this part)

I'm in a wheelchair and on this day I was by myself. The young man named Chris was extremely helpful and met the needs of this customer 100% definitely recomend

I had some battery issues and went to Advance to get those squared away, since I purchased it there originally. Brandon, the associate who helped me figure everything out, was so patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to take my business to this store- because of employees like him who truly care about what they do and who they do it for! Thank you, Brandon!

I would not recommend this auto store to anyone in the Spartanburg area. The service I received was terrible. I expected way better service than what I received today.

Some of the people that work there I couldn't care less for they're part suck nine times out of 10 you got to get the second part third part whatever it takes to get the right one that works it's kind of ridiculous
