Amazing experience with Reichert and Knepp. The only complaint that I would have is that the tow truck operator shyat his pants while on the call. Other than that sticky situation, he was respectful and very helpful.

Driver was super friendly, but I feel I got overcharged for what they did, I was simply in a ditch and needed pulled out and I was charged $150 and that was him "cutting me a deal" because I didn't have the original asking $200.

A homophobic company. Talked down to me and tried to keep property from me illegally. Money hungry and disrespectful when I was only trying to work with them. Treated me with nothing other but disrespect and distain when I was only trying to see the damage on my car. Would give a zero star review if possible.

We just had an awsome experience. We were traveling with our camper with my sister behind us with her camper. She had a blowout on the camper. Her roadside assistance refused so we found these guys on maps as the closest to us. I called and they had someone there very quick. The tech that came out was quick. Had tire changed in under 10 minutes. I would recommend this company for anyone near Plymouth.

We blew a wheel bearing on our toy hauler heading to perform at the Blue Berry Festival. With this being our living situation while in town and also carrying all of our equipment we were really in a bad spot. They went above and beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road.
