I called red line to book an appointment, they unfortunately were booked out for a period longer than I wanted. They asked what was going on and recommended a few options. I took their advise and corrected the issue. I replaced the fuel injector that day and it was good to go! I appreciate the honest response even though your books were booked I appreciate the help! Definitely recommend. They were honest and caring through the situation as well as Knowledgeable!

This place is great! While traveling through New Mexico from Montana our F250 broke down . They helped us find a wrecker that could come get the truck, kept their doors open later than usual so the towing company could get our vehicle behind secure fencing and got us in ASAP. Plus the amount they charged was less than the original quote. They got the truck done in a week and saved our vacation. It has run like a dream ever since. The techs and the owner are super to work with and I would reccomend them to anyone needing their diesel repaired. Thank you Red Line Diesel for everything!

Went in for a suspected rear main seal leak on my 06 Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins. Problem was quickly diagnosed and was quoted a price. Eddie and his guys were great! They let me come in multiple times to view the work in process and were up front about the parts, process and price. They provided quick turn around considering the amount of dis-assembly required. I also had the oil pan seal , cam seal and pick up tube o ring done. Work was top quality at a fair and accurately quoted price. After driving 2500 miles since the fix, all is well. I highly recommend Redline and will return for performance upgrades in the future!

I really can't say enough about how good these guys are. I'm finding out how much care needs to be given to a Diesel and when I brought my truck to them with an issue, it turned into multiple issues. Redline Diesel discussed and showed me detailed steps of the problems and repair, gave me to options on parts and price, and a very reasonable estimate. Then when the job was done they gave a final price BELOW their initial estimate that they gave before more problems arose. Amazing right there. Then, as the peak of good shop practice in my opinion, when the job was completed they let me know that my glow plug relay was starting to show signs of going bad. I'd mentioned doing a few repairs myself to them earlier and instead of hitting me up for a future job like most shops would do, they showed me the exact location of the part on my engine and told me the cost of the part required to do it myself. The willingness to put a customer relationship over business is something that's rarely seen these days and I will be back for every issue I can't handle in the future.
