Ignite Auto, LLC Customer Reviews

Ignite auto is one of the best mechanics I've ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable is what I have always wanted and experienced with them.

My daughter's minivan needed a tune up which I usually do myself. This car is poorly designed where it is a major repair to reach the back 3 plugs/coils. To save my back it went to Joe at Ignite. I couldn't be more pleased and my back was saved. Excellent service, Joe lived up to quoted price and completion date even though there were some issues to overcome.

I have had them do work on my Hyundai. The work was very well done. But, depending on who gives you the quote there can be a difference in price, still inexpensive, but it is odd that it differs. I then asked for and also received a quote for a problem with the clunk in my steering, I received a huge (thousands) quote for what turned out to be a 50 cent part in my steering column. I realize it was labor intensive, because I installed all 50 cents of it myself. It took a smudge over 8 hours. So just be aware to get multiple quotes folks. 6000 / 8 = 750 an hour in labor.

Customer service was rushed, and the vehicle was left in the same shape; and the owner was hitting on my girlfriend at the time. I have more info if you need it on text by the owner. Plus, he's married with kids.

I cannot tell you how happy I was with the work done on my truck. They were quick to diagnose it and fix it within a day! These guys are hard working and this shop is everything!!

This place is a joke. I started off taking my journey for a vibrating problem. Was told I need a new catalytic converter. Paid for that. Come to find out it was the drive shaft control arm idk so I paid for that but at a discounted rate because they misdiagnosed my vehicle. After that interaction I should have found a new mechanic but gave this place another chance or I should say chance after chance. Needed work on another car and once again was misdiagnosed and spent even more money. I know they purposely misdiagnosed my car and even purposefully left tubes disconnected and plugs unplugged leading to more car issues and lights. I stopped taking my vehicle to them but my husband refused to believe they were doing this all on purpose. He continued taking his vehicle and low and behold they began misdiagnosing his and repairing unnecessary parts. This whole time all my husbands car needed to stop the traction control to stop malfunctioning is the lining by the tires you know the plastic sheet under our cars. My husband paid these crooks thousands to "repair" his vehicle and ended up finding a new mechanic who told him within 15 minutes what the issue was. Ignite had his car for 3 months "trying" to figure out what was wrong even billed him $200 for diagnostic. Do not trust these men they are crooks!
