I had Koni shocks and Safety-T-Steer installed by Redlands RV at the Quartzite RV Show 2025. During the inspection of the coach they informed me of an issue with my brake drums being cracked, tires were 7 years old and an exhaust leak from the manifold gasket. Any of these items could have left me broke down alongside somewhere, so I had them fix/replace these issues. They moved us to a concrete pad behind the 5 work bays, provided us with electrical hookup, water and even had our waste tanks dumps. We ended up staying 6 nights due to parts delay with Monday being a holiday. They offered us breakfast, lunch and dinner the whole time we were there! Talk about customer service! I will definitely do business with them again and I would recommend these guys to anyone! The ride home was smooth with the Kona shocks and the Safety-T-Steer definitely made the coach handle the 30-40 mph wind on our trip home! What a great experience! We had the misfortune of dumping all of our Entegra Class A coolant on Highway 395 about 70 miles away from Redlands CA. We eventually arrived at Redlands RV about 8:00 pm, towed in by Davidson’s Towing. We were met by owner Keith, who helped the driver maneuver/back up his huge tow truck into our temporary new home at The Grove - a dedicated full hookup parking area for customers needing all sorts of repair work done. Up to this point I had never experienced a greeting party at any RV repair shop, in over 30 years of RV travel. But that was just the beginning. The next day Keith and his team went right into troubleshooting, found the offending failed hose and I was repaired in short order. But more! An overall inspection revealed some other issues, including a leaky rear shock, so we went ahead and replaced all 4 shocks on both rear axles. I was struck most by the professionalism, thoroughness, friendly, eager to help staff. Attention to detail was unlike I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. Front windows were washed, the back end was pressure washed, all the while keeping me closely informed of repair progress. The entire experience was unlike any other. Having a serious mechanical issue is stressful, but Keith and his team were simply the best, putting me completely at ease, knowing I was in excellent hands. I can’t speak highly enough of Redlands RV Repair, and I intend to return for regular maintenance in the future, even though they are 400 miles away from home. Highly recommended!

Dave and the team earned our business years ago for honesty. Tiffin slide replacement and full service recently proved again only place we trust to touch our coach. Customers for life! Do as you say service beating all expectations. Kudos to Dan in customer care for taking care of the details on pickup too!

We brought our 10 year old 2013 Tiffin Allegro Bus 43QGP to Redlands Truck and RV and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We had a laundry list of things we wanted done…annual maintenance, replace windshield seal, new tires, new batteries, Tyron tire bands, awning canopies replaced, belts and hoses replaced, Auto-Motion Shade motors replaced, parking brake sensor, and body work just to name a few highlights. We dropped the RV off at the end of October 2023 and picked it up the first week of January 2024. Our service representative, Dave Deerfield, provided status updates on a weekly basis via telephone calls, texts, and emails, including pictures as warranted along the way. For convenience, they offer gated, onsite RV parking with full hook ups (The Grove RV Park) if you need to stay the night. As far as I’m concerned, Redlands Truck and RV is the Red Bay, AL of California. Prices are fair and quality is top notch. If you have an RV in need of ANYTHING, Redlands Truck and RV is the place to go. Ask for Dave! Two thumbs way up for this business👍🏻 👍🏻

I had Koni shocks installed by Redlands at the Quartzsite Show. They are very professional and even saved me money by informing me a steering upgrade I thought I needed wasn’t necessary. It was first thing on a chilly morning and they had a heater going and a full breakfast buffet which was a nice surprise. I also had an unrelated issue with my drop receiver hitch that afternoon involving a stripped bolt and they helped me with that also. I would not hesitate to do more business with Redlands in the future.

Redlands rv is by far the best rv shop I’ve dealt with. They are the only ones I have do work on my motorhome. They’ve replaced shocks, tires, steering stabilizer, batteries, Engine tuneup, brake flush, etc. highly recommend Redlands RV

We met this team out in Quartzite AZ in January 2025. We were so excited to finally find a shop close to us, vs going out of State to have work done on our Tiffin Bus. What started out great with a service rep, Dave ended badly with the owner and Dave quitting his job. We took the motorhome over for the Safety Steer for the steering to be installed, the Proteng fire system put on and multiple other things to be done. They said they fixed our Diesel Aquahot system, it doesn’t work, they installed a lift latch on the engine door, it broke scratching the engine door, then they said one of our Rams for the hydraulic slide was leaking. We agreed and were quoted 10 hours to repair plus parts. After 2 days in the shop we got a call from Dave telling us the owner of Redlands RV said to add 20 more hours, making it 30 hours to repair, taking our initial quote for labor from $1200.00 to almost $7000.00. We drove over and picked up our motorhome. It was a very stressful situation. We are now on vacation and the list of repairs they say they did and charged us for keeps growing. When we get home after this trip in the motorhome, we are taking them to small claims to get our money back for damages. Do not go there, they will rip you off!

Can't say enough good things about redlands rv, their employees and the owners. We have been going here for over 20 yrs. Very knowledgeable and professional. Service was awesome. Improvents to their customer only park are great. Keith is always putting money back in to business to make visit enjoyable.
