Pruetts Precision Alignment

I used them for years until now we dropped of a suv newer for an alignment with their appointment and the first question was is this your daily driver? That meant that if anyone came with a bit of an urge would be done before mine well two days later we checked and car was not done he made all kinds of excuses and even a remark of how much a car alignment profits him versus an Rv or bus he can’t keep employees and prefer training them to do big stuff other than cars bad business. If you have a light vehicle go somewhere else.

Amazing alignment shop! I went to a ford dealer, and 4 other alignment shops with no luck getting my transit awd rv lined up right and kept destroying front tires. This shop got me in with a quick appointment and got everything set and also made me feel confident with some aftermarket parts I had Installed. I will only be coming back here and refer other to this shop.

I've aligned four vehicles at Pruetts and he does the job very well. He pays attention to getting the vehicle to drive straight with the steering wheel just as straight .he's done a dually, a suburban, a Ford Flex , and a toyota Avalon. All perfect. But if he finds something wrong and can't do his job he let's you know before he does any work. I trust this man , you can too. Check him out.

Colossal waste of time. Made an appointment for an alignment a week out and was very clear with them about my vehicle and situation ahead of time but they changed their mind when I showed up. I live in Big Bear and drove all the way down the mountain for my appointment only to find they had accidentally booked another customer on top of me, so I was pushed out for an hour. Irritating, but mistakes happen. No problem, I'll go grab breakfast. After that I get back and they take my truck for a test drive, put it on their machine, and then about half an hour later they come tell me they don't want to work on it. Even though I told them the exact state of my vehicle ahead of time, they decided a Toyota/Lexus with a mild lift and all terrain tires is just way beyond their abilities. They don't work on "lifted luxury imports" lol so know this ahead of time in case you drive something as exotic as I do (2006 Lexus LX470 aka Toyota Landcruiser) . They seemed nice enough, but showed zero sympathy for the situation they put me through. They completely wasted my time and money through their disorganization and incompetence. Go somewhere else with a little more integrity, we all deserve better.
