I needed tires for my car I called several places even though I had used this place before they have some of the best prices and got me my tires the same day even though I couldn't go get him installed to the same day until the following day I got there dropped off my car they got me in and out really fast and take care of me thanks again for the great service.

Amazing service! Came here when I had a flat tire and they immediately took care of it. Replaced the tire quickly and the tire was a great price. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. So thankful I found this place and I will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Bryan very helpful and tries to get the best deal for you. Above and beyond Sam also very helpful, goes anbove and beyond to help you take care of your issue. Staff very polite and helpful. Recommend this place for tires One said “I’m not just charging an oil change I’m trying to make new friends that will continue to come back. The team they have at this store is awesome.

Absolutely recommend for tire repairs! The service was efficient and customer service was top tier, especially Sam who was very helpful despite me arriving 45 minutes before closing. They truly went above and beyond, fixing another minor issue they found as well (at no cost)!

Came in on an emergency on a 1995 car I had just bought for my son to start learning to drive. The car has brand new tires and suddenly one of the stems went out and got a flat. I stopped by and requested some service, so soon and I was already needing to spend some money but Sam and Bryan were happy to help me out and to top it off hooked me up at no cost for a stem replacement. I never thought I’d ever get treated with such care at any tire shop since no one in my life has ever done anything for free. The fact that they cared to just get me back on the road and hook me up says so much about the type of guys they are. They care about the client and their safety not just how much money they could make off of you. I’m so grateful to both of these gentleman for helping me out. Thanks guys! If you ever are in need of tires or maintenance these guys really care make sure you ask for them!

Outstanding customer service. Manager made me feel welcomed and like a valued customer from the moment I set foot in the store. He also knew who I was when I mentioned I had an appointment at a specific time. Shows he is very involved in the day to day things done in his store. The technician working on my car was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact he took the time to grab a torque wrench and properly torque my lug nuts when he was done. Unlike the San Bernardino location which will impact the hell out of your lug nuts causing you to break your studs next time you try doing your own brakes. Thank you for the great service. Even though it’s further, I will be coming to this location from now on 👍

Brian and Sam are an awesome team! They helped me out when my brakes were completely gone. They took the time to show me all things that needed to be replaced, and repaired everything in a reasonable amount of time. They also worked with my budget, as I was only looking to replace the brakes. They are super friendly and very communicative. I highly recommend their business!

I have nothing but good things to say about my recent experience at Discount Tires Redlands. Sam provided a lot of help trying to find a part for us that they were able to get same day with a control arm replaced within a few hours. The techs here are top notch! 💫 Brian was super friendly and informative during the whole process. He gave us a lot of good advice and made sure we got a $50 dollar gift card after we opted for the in-house financing. Highly recommend the 6-month no interest, no fee credit card to help keep you safely on the road. We appreciate all the work done here at Discount Tires Redlands.
