I got a tuneup on my 2013 Hyundai Accent and it was an amazing experience. For one who doesn't go to different shops for repairs I was definitely hesitant on trying someone new. I had to take my car in for some front end work so I called Redford Auto Repair. I spoke to Al and he told me to bring my car on for inspection so I did so the very next morning. They checked my car out right away and told me what the problem was. I trusted their assessment because I had taken it to the dealership about a month ago and they pretty much said the same thing. I was able to get my brakes, rotors, calibers, and a hub bearing replaced at a very reasonable price and it was all done in a few hours. My car is riding like new again. I was so pleased with their service that I recommended them to my cousin. Customer service was great too. Al is the best 😃

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Shady business practices. I contacted this location for a rear brake job. After dropping off my vehicle, I was provided with a price for parts and labor. However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I presented a coupon issued by the repair facility. Upon receiving the coupon, the shop "adjusted" the total amount of my repair, rendering the coupon essentially useless. It's unethical to issue coupons to customers with no intention of honoring them.

Very honest! Let me know I didn’t need front brakes just back ones. Did a great job on my fixing my tie rod and axel. Had it fixed quickly at a good price. I will only be going here for all work needing done on my car. I have told everyone I know this is the place to go.
