I took my 2009 Chevy Impala here when the transmission failed (at 74,000 miles, by the way). They were professional, courteous, and helpful. He offered me options for new and rebuilt. Chevy had no transmissions in stock, so new was not an option after all, so I went with rebuilt. Communication was excellent! The job took 3 days (still had to wait for parts, as the local Chevy dealer had nothing!), and every day, he told me what was going on. Now, it drives good as new, 1,000 miles later. Although it has a warranty, it is driving so smooth, I know I will not need it. I would go back again, and would recommend. A+ service.
