I went there asking for a battery for my Winnebago, without the old battery in hand. The store employee went above and beyond by looking for the exact replacement battery I needed by the VIN number. Had it not been for his kindness, my Winnebago and I would still be stuck down the street in a parking lot. I hope this employee gets the recognition and appreciation he deserves!!

I really hate going to this store. I walked in to 3 employees standing there talking to each other. I go to the isle where I thought my part would be. Searched and searched. Not once did even one of them ask, "Sir, can I help you find anything?". I never did find it and just left, with the same 3 still talking, and no "have a nice day" or "come back and see us". Just nothing and its this way every time I'm in there.
