When I arrived I asked to get my car looked at for noises and they took my keys, didn’t tell me how much they were charging me until they was done and told me they don’t work for free like I didn’t know that already so when I got ready to pay I told the man that my other card is in my car and he took my keys from me and unlocked it his self as if I tried to leave without paying? I would never do nothing like that In my life that’s a dangerous and stupid move. I was on time for my appointment I let the lady know I can come at 8:30am I got there at 8:25am they’re very nice people but I wasn’t treated well or given the right information when I arrived and I would love to come by and watch the camera to see when and where did I tell the lady I would be there because i know what I said and she does too. The man seen me on the phone with my boyfriend trying to get money sent over so why would I try to leave without paying? All I was doing is trying to get a understanding of why nobody told me the pricing of getting my car looked at first before taking my keys that’s it usually mechanics tell you right away how much everything will be before hand so that everybody can have a clear mindset. I have no reason to lie about my experience everybody experiences is not the same

Graham’s Auto has restored my faith in automotive shops. My mom’s car is far from new and happens to be an AUDI. Finding someone reliable and local is hard enough, but with a foreign car it’s just about impossible. The last time we had issues we took it to STL and then a week later the problem came back. 3 hours from the time we dropped it off at Graham’s, they let us know the entire issue dealt with the spark plugs. The next day my mom’s car was back home and she said it felt better than it had in years. I’m not sure how long she dealt with the issue for sure lol but maybe shes right. I do know that we thought we’d have to pay at least a certain amount to get her car right. The cost ended up being a fraction of what we thought. I’ve waited two months to leave this review because who knows, maybe the problem comes back and we’re still having issues. Nope. Instead Graham’s Auto now has a family of customers who will keep coming back.

Was traveling across the country when my alternator quit working. I got lucky finding Graham auto service. They were able to get me right in and replaced it quickly so I could get back on the road. They were also super friendly and gave me a military discount! Win Win

Fast friendly service. They're thorough. They will let you know what all is wrong with your vehicle and let you decide. In my case, there was more wrong with my car than I thought. They told me everything that was wrong and what should be fixed right away then allowed me to choose which items to take care of. They were even kind enough to loan me a courtesy car which enabled me to take care of my kids while waiting for them to repair my car. They are awesome! Would definitely do business with them again.

My appointment was made quickly. They kept me informed and checked with me before they performed any repairs. The estimate and final charges were exactly what they told me before hand. I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend!!!
