Accessories dealers), functions as a crucial hub for vehicle enhancement, customization, and ultimately, the maintenance and improvement of these specialized vehicles. RealTruck is not just an auto parts store; it is a premier manufacturer and digital destination globally, headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with operations spanning multiple continents. Its acquisition of and integration with renowned brands like A.R.E. Accessories, known for its truck caps and tonneau covers, solidifies its position as a comprehensive solution provider for truck and off-road vehicle owners.

The environment associated with RealTruck | A.R.E. Accessories is multifaceted. Online, RealTruck.com provides a highly organized and user-friendly digital platform. These local dealer environments would vary, but typically feature showrooms displaying truck caps, tonneau covers, and other accessories, along with installation bays. These authorized dealers are equipped to assist with product selection, provide pricing, handle parts orders, and perform installations and warranty claims. The overall environment, whether digital or physical through a dealer, is geared towards facilitating informed purchasing decisions and professional installation of truck and off-road vehicle enhancements.

The overall promotional strategy is geared towards providing competitive pricing and significant value across their extensive product range, making it attractive for truck and off-road enthusiasts to customize and enhance their vehicles.

In conclusion, RealTruck | A.R.E. Accessories, while operating as a prominent automotive aftermarket supplier rather than a traditional repair station, is an indispensable part of the "Auto Repair Stations" ecosystem by providing the goods and services for vehicle customization and enhancement. I am a past customer of ARE and have owned two (2) previous Z Series caps, one of which I still have. I was going to purchase a third cap (Z2) for the new truck listed. I say WAS, because when I contacted the dealer and was told of the price ($600.) for the side windows that open (because the new caps come with a SOLID window) that was the deal breaker! This is nothing more than corporate GREED. Inflation is one thing, i get this, but CORPORATE GREED IS ANOTHER. I don't know who the world is responsible for your product marketing but I can tell you that you have definitely lost a customer here. Used to be that the side windows that open came standard. Now you wise guys think you can make more money upselling these as options. Guess what? You just lost a customer and many more I predict. Word of mouth will get around and your bottom line will suffer. Good luck with your corporate GREED business model. Another "Bud-Light" genius decision. To make matters worse, I emailed their corporate email ans all I got back is they don't sell directly and to try another dealer! I got one better, how about another manufacturer? My advise, read the other reviews for this place and make your decision on where and who you do business with.

Purchased a aluminum shell/cap for our 21 F-150 SB truck through a good reputable dealer here in North Carolina. The fitment and workmanship of the shell is poor. Shell is not square with the bed of our truck. The width of the shell is smaller in the rear and larger in front to accommodate different beds I’m told. Unable to open/close the shells back window independently from the tailgate. Both the tailgate and shell have to be closed at the same time due to interference with the F-150’s upper tailgate molding. The shells back window weatherstripping doesn’t stay in place or seal properly. Unfinished jagged metal in the right rear corner. I could go on but it’s not worth it….Literally. I sent 4 emails concerning this to A.R.E. with no reply. So much for customer service. The dealer here was as helpful as they could be considering what they had to work with. After all they didn’t build it. With some modifications on my part these issues will be taken care of,no thanks to ARE. I also ordered this shell with the ladder rack and from experience I would have been better off buying a kit on eBay. Can’t recommend ARE or there aluminum shell for our application. This was a special order we had to wait weeks for and what a disappointment.

Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Bought $1300 bed cover for 2024 Tacoma and didn’t have right mounting brackets, paid $87 to get the right brackets then it took 2 months for them to ship them to me after calling them every week and being told they would be shipped out the next Monday. Finally got the parts and it’s the wrong kit for my bed cover. I will never be buying from this company ever again

Unfortunately A.R.E caps are complete junk. Just purchased another cap for new f350 and quality is horrible for a 4 thousand dollar cap. I can't believe A.R.E had the nerve to use black marker to fill in the deep scratches they caused when building. Or at least thats what R And S truck stated. Save your money and go with a different brand.

Disappointing how bad the build quality is for how much they charge. It'll work, and I can fix up the roof leak and poor craftsmanship but I shouldn't have to.
