Well, for the second year in a row now, I've attempted to buy a backup generator for my house. Each time Jerry in sales has said something along the lines of, "Let me get some quotes together and I'll get back to you." I don't know if he ever did get quotes together because he never did the second part. If I can't get them to sell me a generator, I'm sure as hell not going to be able to get them to service it, especially if it's a warranty claim that I won't have to pay for. I'm sure there's someone out there that wants to make some money, but they don't work in the sales department here. Too bad, too. I kinda had my heart set on a Cummins Onan, but if it takes a week to figure out how to get back in touch with someone, if I have a power outage and my generator isn't working for whatever reason, my power will be back on before I can get any response to get parts. Moving on...

Needs parts for an older Onan engine. Most of them weren't in stock but were ordered immediately. All the parts were right and price was good. Last but not least staff was excellent to work with!

We ordered parts from Kraft Power. They came late and the price and final total have been blacked out on the invoice. These are a business expense. It's now a pima if we ever get audited. Thanks, jerks.
