Huge shout out to Brandon at Autozone on Erie! My car broke down (4 out of 5 lugnuts missing on drivers side front tire). I walked across to the store and bought lugnuts and Brandon very kindly offered to go back across the street with me and put the lugnuts in so I could make it home. This store and Brandon in particular are everything customer service should be and I thank you more than you can know. Highly recommend this store!

I purchased windshield wipers about a month ago from this location and had a good experience. I went back to the store this evening to purchase a new driver side wiper because the new one is already skipping and not performing properly. I was walked outside to prove to the associate that the wiper was not properly functioning. It did exactly as I described inside the store. I was REFUSED a sale by Aiden E who claimed that replacing the wiper would not correct the issue. My old ones never did this, and this new one is. Cleaning the blades, glass and adding treatment to the windshield only made the problem worse. Something is faulty with the rubber on the new wipers I purchased, the quality is poor. I mentioned multiple times I wanted to buy a different brand and was told no. I left extremely frustrated! I did not ask for any special treatment or free product. I wasn't looking for a refund or exchange. I said I wanted to make a purchase and was denied. I should never have to defend my reason for buying a product.
