I called to ask for pricing, they told me, I said I was on my way they said they'd be open I drove from Garrettsville. Saw the "open" light. Door was locked nobody in the bays. So they were closed, called back no answer. Basically a good waste of gas and time dealing with these people, I can see how terrible they really are based on reviews. Not worth the $31 for an oil change. Never dealing with this business ever again.

I would ask questions about services and the owner would say just a minute and then never answer the question. Also I asked how much wiper blades would be and instead of answering me and giving me an option if I wanted to buy them she just jumped the gun and went to replace without consulting me. It was lucky i didn't have tye right adapter and they couldn't do it. They were going to ha e some delivered there and I asked her again how much they were and she said $35 and so I told her I would just keep my old blades. Too pricey in my opinion. I was not impressed with my experience.

Very polite and professional. Very clean inside and out. There was a bench outside to sit on and enjoy the weather while my vehicle was being done. Very efficient also, had me in and out in no time.

I was in need of an emergency oil change while on the road and it suggested this place. The sign said open, the doors locked, lights out, and the wrong number online. Ridiculous. If I could give them a zero, I would.

My Son and daughter in law called they said $55 we get there they take forever yet no1 is there and once they are done she goes to pay $90 later like WTFUDGE and we are in a pandemic trying to survive and you charging and waxing people for a simple oil change. Sad and pathetic- we will never be back nor refere anyone smh so disappointed

Would not use agn. Left hood unlatched. N i drove all way to hudson like tht. Hood could've flew up. N didnt reset oil lite. N she didnt seem very concerned at all wen i called
