Friendly, informative, work completed quickly, mechanic didn't take a break, keeps you informed thru out the repair process. The cost was the best part. It was far less than the other quotes. Very reasonable. On the negative side, the office needs a to be cleaned up. Floors could use a mop.

Two weeks ago I went to Action Tire and spoke to Chris and his partner (sorry bro forgot your name). I needed two used tires for the front. Chris found the best tires for me with good tread and wasn't a bad price. After I left two days later I had low tire pressure. Of course I assumed it was something they did or didn't do (we all know what assuming does). I brought my car back and they jacked it up to find a nail. Even though it was something that happened after they replaced them, they still took care of it for me. I really appreciate the service and the help from both of them. Thanks again guys.

Reasonably price, polite, quick and professional. The employees work is top notch. I would recommend Action Tire in Ravenna. I bought 4 tires, oil change and wiper blades. I will have all of my car work done here.

We got a flat tire on the interstate on a Saturday afternoon while we were over 5 hours from home. We found this business with an internet search. A used tire identical to our other 3 tires was installed and we were on our way. We very much appreciated the fast and excellent service.
