I had originally brought my car here when I first moved here. It was easy to schedule online. When I attempted to do the same again, I never heard back about my appointments, so I hadn't taken a car back there in a bit. I decided to give them another shot and this time I called to make an appointment. The guys at the front desk are easy to talk to and they are on top of their stuff. They quickly saw one of my tires didnt even have a wheel weight on it. They also noticed an oil leak (which I thought was a power steering leak) and texted me the photos of the leak which no other mechanics ever do. The quote for that repair seemed on the higher end, so I am 50/50 on getting it done at least right now, but it was a pleasant experience.

Always helpful to me over the years. One thing I can say is they are a great team. They will get the job done, now it may cost u a little, or it may cost you alot., but it will cost u. Guaranteed professional work every time. Steve and Miguel are the best.

Had an emergency with my car (battery-related) and Rapco on Twp Line was recommended. What a local find! They provided excellent customer service, expertise, and guidance. Went over everything in detail and spent time with me to make sure I understood work done and cost. Also very polite (can you even find that these days?!). Thank you so much for all of your help today so that I could get my car back up and running quickly!

I've always had an excepcional experience at Rapco. Miguel and Steve are always kind and thou it is a busy place they never make me feel like my issue isn't top priority. I often take my car to the Mercedes dealer but sadly I stopped trusting them, so I brought my car back to Rapco where I know I can trust these guys!!
