I was going in to get a transmission fluid change and the service department found an issue with the cooling line attachment to the radiator being over torqued at a different repair shop as part of an insurance claim. If they had not brought this to my attention I would not have known of the issue. I appreciate them noticing this

I worked with Derrick in the service department upon arrival. He was very courteous towards me and let me know what was needed for my first oil change. My mileage was a little over what was covered under warranty and he was still able to work with me so that it was covered. Overall a great experience with Derrick and I will be coming back for oil changes in the future!

I took my (2023) vehicle in to Randy Wise to get a check engine light diagnosed. I was grateful to get an appointment here the next day because I live an hour away and all other Hyundai service centers were scheduling for weeks out and I was leaving town in a couple days. So dropped my car off in the morning, asked to be called with an estimate of how long it would take because I was going to stick around in Flint in hopes of picking up the same day. Around 3pm I called to get an update and was told it was still in the diagnosis stage. I ended up having to take a bus home and when I called the next day, they said the CEL had gone off and they basically did nothing with the vehicle. Picked up the car, got home, CEL was back on.
