Horrible! Cuatomer service meand my husband walked in to purchase weather proof speakers for my jeep wrangler, no one asked did we need help! Better yet didn't even say welcome or hello! No acknowledgement what so ever, until we start walking out the door, I wouldn't shop there at all, maybe because was black but I don't want to play the race card they suck overall. Customer service say alot about your buisness.

After seeing your commercial on MeTV recently, it reminded me of when my wife and I came to your store to buy a radio for our car. We were there for twenty minutes and nobody waited on us or asked us if we wanted assistance. We left. We decided right then that we would never come back.

Wish I could give them 5 stars. My car stereo install left me less than impressed. I drive a Ford F-250 and I wanted a new backup camera. They mounted it with foam tape to my license plate. State law says that's defacing it. Dukes says tough. I won't go into paying for one set of parts and they installed cheaper parts, not compatible with Ford Sync. Didn't ask, just did it and hoped I wouldn't figure it out
