While no one likes to deal with an auto accident, the family run Rancho California Auto Collision made the experience very pleasant. Truly a family operation for over 35 years, dad runs the shop while mom and daughter handle the office and paperwork. They expedited the car rental through Enterprise and interfaced with my insurance company (Mercury) to facilitate all the paperwork. The car was delivered on time and when the owner explained to me the scope of the repairs, he noted the car was wet from a morning shower. He was not satisfied with delivering a car like that to a customer so he took the car back for a final detail and returned it looking like it just drove out of the showroom. Although covered by insurance, the price seemed fair. I hope I don't need to return but definitely recommend Rancho California Auto Collision for any repair needs.

Very bad experience with this shop. My truck was sided swiped with damage to side and front bumper. They told State Farm they thought the side damage was pre-existing and would only fix my bumper even though I had pictures showing scrapes and dents on side of truck..Seemed they were more worried about pleasing State Farm than their customer. I asked them to wait to fix bumper until I got approval for whole job from State Farm. Eferan went ahead and started tearing down the truck without my approval and when I brought this up to him he hung up on me. He wouldn't listen to me and became very irate and told me to come and get the truck. They piled all the parts they took off in the back of my truck and I took it to another shop. Very Unprofessional, rude and the worst customer service I have ever had..I'd give them zero stars if I could

Excellent customer service! We've had multiple cars fixed here over the past 10 year's. Every single time the cars looks brand new. They go above and beyond when fixing cars. The details are amazing and the car is always super clean inside and out when you pick it up. I will always come back. Front driver side had work done and the paint job looks brand new. Thank you again.
