Well I wouldn't buy a car here either. During the deal, the finance kid, Travis, offered us the bumper to bumper for free. 7 years, 100k miles. When it showed up on our paperwork, he said he had to put it on there for the financing, but in 30 days, he'd send us the paperwork to cancel it but it would still be good. I made him write that down on paper for me. When I didn't hear from him, I called there and spoke with him, then the manager. He didn't recall the deal. So I showed him the guarantee he'd written down on paper. The manager said he'd call me back about the issue and never did. Scam artists. Love the car but the dealer is a scam.

Parts team is a joke, takes days or weeks of giving them exact part numbers, pointing it out on a screen and giving them the exact part for them to order it wrong numerous times and blame the customer. I wish the incidents were isolated but it's been this way with every part I've ever tried to get from them and every part anybody I know has tried to get, even been told over the phone "why would you order parts for a car that old?" Or even "you need to stop coming in here because we can't keep ordering parts for you" Like???? Is that not in the job description? I could go on for days with the silliness. Eventually you may get your part though.

My boyfriend brought his vehicle here and was ripped off. $200 for "nothing wrong" meanwhile he has dashboard icons saying otherwise (not being specific for anonymity), and blatant issues. Lazy employee with a bad attitude as well, don't waste your time.
