I can’t say enough about the new headlights I installed from Ralph's. Ralph had asked me to try his very own brand…. And I am glad I did!! It was a total game changer for my nighttime driving!, I never had anything quite like them , even though I had installed the brightest lamps available at other retail parts stores… And that is just on my regular low beams ,, forget about the high beams. They are sick..I am so glad with taking Ralph’s advice- again. This man is a straight shooter and has never steered me wrong in my choice of parts.. Thanks Ralph!

I wish I could give this shop more than five stars I came from out of town driving from Florida back to Connecticut and got stuck on the George Washington bridge made it over made phone calls to every auto shop and Ralph's came up called he gave me the price of the part I needed he picked me up got me my part brought me back to my car with the greatest deals ever he is now from now on the only shop I will go to if I ever am in New York and I will tell everybody and scream it from the mountains to go to the shop thank you for saving my ass you are truly the greatest.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My dad took me here to get new brakes and shocks for my car and I was in and out quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. They have everything you need, and if they don't they can special order it for you. I'll never step foot in a big box auto parts store again. These are the places that should be highlighted and shared widely. Small businesses like this offer so much more than an AutoZone can.

I don’t like driving at night especially around areas where there are no street lights. I’m usually going slower and tight gripped on steering wheel. But recently my husband purchased Ralph’s headlights and WOW what a difference. So much easier to see what’s ahead! Thanks honey for installing them in my car!

Called in on some pricing and availability for an old muscle car project. Not only did Rafael have my parts, but the pricing even made me ask "Are sure...because that seems awful low!" He assured me price was correct. I would have bought from Rafael even if the price was not correct, just because of his demeanor and attitude. I will buy long distance parts from Ralph's Auto Center from here out!

THE ONE AND ONLY PLACE I TRUST! FRIENDLY, HONEST, AFFORDABLE AND OUTSTANDING QUALITY MERCH! I recently purchased the auto centers brand headlights and windshield wipers. All I can say is, I don’t know how I was driving around without them before! Literally a night and day difference! HIGHLY recommend! I don’t trust my car to be serviced anywhere else!
